Specification of Steel Waste Containers

Capacity 1100 liter / Body thickness 1.5 MM

1) M3 + 5% suitable for waste containment and emptying into Refuse Compactor Truck thro rear end, automatic lifting mechanism of the truck.

Manufactured according to international standard EN 840-3.

2) Manufactured as per the DIN-EN 840-3 Standard; Approx. empty weight: 125Kg + 10 kg.

 3) The whole container (body and cover) is made from hot-dipped galvanized sheet with pure thermal zinc of purity 98.5% with an average thickness 80 micron

4) The container has a curved shape lid (cover) manufacture of high quality moulded metal plates with two springs for easy use.

5) The cover slip automatically during discharge of the garbage.

6) The cover is supplied with rubber strap to protect the hands of the users.

7) There has two springs in the arms for cover opening and closing fluently.

8) The cover and the arm are welded by CO2 and rivet joint machine.

9) Wheels: Each container have four heavy-duty solid wheels of (200) mm diameter, rotated 360 for easy movement; two of them have foot brake.

10) Drainage hole: Provision of Drainage hole at the bottom of the container for liquid draining and cleaning;

11) Warning tape: the container have warning reflecting straps.

12) All the container parts are assembled through welding MIG system Co2 including the lifting handless, lever arms, to provide the container with sufficient strength and resistance.

Body thickness : 1.50 mm

Cover thickness : 1.25 mm

Lid arms thickness : 2.00 mm

Wheel base thickness : 3.0 mm (by wiredrawing, strong equal to 4mm metal plate)
